My VA Packages 

I have a mix of Monthly packages at different levels and ad-hoc services. Choose what you think is best for you, you can always flex up and down, or add additional hours on a one-off basis. I can offer more bespoke offerings if you need them - please contact me to discuss. Here are my basic offerings:

Ad-Hoc Services & additional Hours:

If you run out of hours on your monthly package, or just need the odd hour here and there, I can provide an ad-hoc service at £25 per hour, with a minimum of 1 hour charged. If you don’t use up all your package hours in one month, you can roll over up to 10% of your package hours to the next month.

What sort of tasks can a Virtual Assistant do for me?

Virtual Assistants can handle almost every kind of business and personal task! You’ll find a list of typical tasks on these pages but if you have something specific in mind, the best thing to do is to contact us using the contact us link above.

How much will my Virtual Assistant cost?

We have various packages available for monthly contracts, but we can also undertake ad-hoc tasks for £25 per hour. In either case we will endeavour to agree the number of hours a task will take before we begin, but it may take a bit of investigation before we can finally confirm the whole amount for larger or more complex tasks. There may also be additional out of pocket expenses for some services and we will let you know what these are before we start. These expenses may be items such as Companies House Filing costs etc,.

How will my Virtual Assistant get to know me?

We use a combination of phone, email and video calls. At the start of our relationship, your Virtual Assistant will ask you a range of questions, specially designed to enable us to learn about you.

Can I meet my Virtual Assistant?

In the current environment, we are not meeting face-to-face at present. As the situation improves, we may be able to meet face-to-face for an initial introduction. But as a Virtual PA service, face-to-face meetings are not normally available.

Will my Virtual Assistant be working for other clients too?

Yes, each Virtual Assistant works for a small number of other clients. This allows us to offer you increased flexibility, so you only pay for what you use; there is no salary, no contracted hours – just a dynamic resource that you can call upon when you need help. We are proud of our professionalism, we have strict data security and confidentiality measures in place for your peace of mind.

How can I communicate with my Virtual Assistant?

You can communicate with your Virtual Assistant in a wide variety of methods, including telephone, email, through our website, text, post, messenger and Skype.

When can I contact my Virtual Assistant?

Our working hours are between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday. You can make direct contact during the above times and 24-7 via email. We will endeavour to return any unanswered emails or calls within 24 hours of receipt if we are busy with other clients.

Will my information remain confidential?

We take client confidentiality very seriously. We are registered with the Information Commissioner and comply with the Data Protection Act. In addition, our terms and conditions offer you complete protection and we can sign a comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreement if required.

What happens if my Virtual Assistant goes on holiday or is sick?

We have a network of colleagues that we can call upon for any planned holidays and we will endeavour to match you up in advance. Unexpected sickness happens to us all from time to time, and if the illness is going to be long term, or will impact on deadlines, again we will endeavour to link you up with a colleague to complete the tasks.

My business is complicated, how will you understand it?

We will always do research on your company after you are initially in contact to try to understand what it is you do. We are also not afraid to ask questions if we are not clear. We also have many years of working in different types of complex industries and with a wide range of clients, and are confident that we will be able to pick up enough knowledge that your customers are unaware that your Virtual Assistant is not an employee of your business.

I’ve never done this before, will you be able to help me?

Yes, in fact, many of our clients have never used a service like this before. We are approachable and don’t try to complicate things with difficult language. We can agree a trial period for both side before committing to a longer term relationship to make sure that you are comfortable with what we can do for you.

Cost, contracts and how to try the service

How much does it cost?

We charge a single “all-inclusive” hourly rate for ad-hoc tasks or have various Packages available if you need regular hours. For ad-hoc work, you only pay when your Virtual Assistant completes a task for you.

Is there a long-term commitment or contract?

There are no long-term commitments! We offer a simple, short, rolling contract that enables you to cancel your service at any time, by giving us notice. You can flex up and down your monthly package if you need more hours for a few months, as long as we have space to commit to more time for your business.

Are there any hidden costs?

Almost everything is included in our hourly rate, including outbound telephone calls we make on your behalf and most consumables (like paper). Sometimes, for example, if you need us to print lots of pages, we might ask you to pay for consumables in addition to this. Any out-of-pocked expenses will be shared with you to agree up-front before we commit to the task. Sometimes, these need to be paid from a company bank account and we will confirm details with you when this happens.

Getting started, software and data security

How do I get started?

How long does it take to get set up?

Once we’ve had a chat about your requirements and you’ve decided to go ahead, we can generally establish your account and assign your Virtual Assistant within 48 hours.

Can you answer my telephone calls?

This is not a service that we are able to undertake at this point in time. Other VA providers can undertaken this tasks, or we can find an ad-on provider for this if needed.

How is my sensitive data stored?

We take data security very seriously. We have password protection on our IT systems and back up regularly to both physical and cloud-based services.

Pricing

You pay a simple hourly rate, only when your Virtual Assistant works on a task for you. There are no salaries, taxes or office costs and you don’t pay for time spent making tea or gossiping.
