• Decluttering one or all rooms in preparation

• Engaging a cleaning service for one or all rooms

• Staging the property with furnishings and decor to make it look its best

Declutter

Sometimes the clutter of our homes and spaces can really overwhelm us, making it difficult to get started and get your space clean, clear and clutter free. We know, as we’ve experienced this in our own homes too. This service can be anything from just a wardrobe transformation to a full room or house declutter.

Whatever your needs, we can help you get the physical & mental clarity that comes from a good ol clear out.

Financial Declutter

This service is for those of you who are struggling with your home budget, getting the right utility service for the right price and knowing when to renew or change services you are paying for.

What happens?

• You book an initial consultation with us, so we can assess your needs and how long it may take.

• Once we’ve completed the consultation with you, we send you an approx quote & you either confirm or decline the booking. The consultation fee is non-refundable.

• Then we attend your home/office and help you declutter / decorate / stage your property for letting or sale

• The consultation fee is paid in advance & the remaining balance for hours done / items purchased / 3rd party services will be invoiced on completion.

• All additional costs such as 3rd party services [cleaning, plumbing, painting/decorating], paint, decor and soft furnishings will be discussed with you first before booking/purchasing. These details [where feasible] should also be on any quote provided before the work starts.
